When he arrived he was friendly, professional and thorough, and confirmed the price before beginning. He was able to get a number of stains out of the carpet that we were worried about and did a wonderful job on the stairs. Overall, the carpet is cleaner than when we moved in, and was a reasonable price for the quality provided.
